Since 2016, the year we resumed operations in the domain, we've been producing olive oil at Barretian. However, it wasn't until 2019 that we started marketing one that met our standards – an AOP Provence olive oil, our first Alpha with a green fruity taste.
We've continued our journey year after year, creating Alpha Volume 2, then Alpha Volume 3, which was recognized at the AVPA (Agency for the Valorization of Agricultural Products) competition.
This year, just five years after our adventure began, Alpha Volume 4 was awarded the gold medal by the General Agricultural Competition of Paris. Concurrently, we've introduced a second olive oil, also AOP Provence BIO, named Le Barretian. It shares the green fruity flavor of Alpha but varies in intensity from year to year.

Le Barretian offers an exceptional terroir for the vine. Or rather 4 terroirs with different geological, hygrometric and climatic characteristics.
The 2022 vintage marks the beginning of the marketing of the estate's wines and for the moment we only market two red wines, from two of these terroirs.
Our wines are “Natural”. The harvest is manual, traditional vinification, without adding sulfite or any input. A terroir, grapes and a team that appreciates a job well done...that’s it.

This wine is the expression of young Mourvèdre and Syrah plants from a mass selection.
Our Syrah whose flourish at an altitude of more than 300m on a Jurassic plateau surrounded by the typical nature of Provence Verte where oaks, pines and rosemary coexist. Here, the grapes soak up the sun, giving the wine all its power and aging potential.
